Could you please show us close up photos of the piping the band. Wondering about material structure. My only concern is the machine sewn lining on pre war - dunkelblau krätzchen. Machine sewing was used during the war, to speed up and improve production process. There are many examples of...

I was at Ciney and agree with above comment. It is much more difficult to find better good quality items.

How the lining looks like?

It is very nice pickelhaube. Never seen one before from Gren.Regt. Nr. 1.

I think Poland brought back one Renault FT Tank from Afghanistan as well. It was few years ago. There is short article about it. https://www.militarytrader.com/mv-101/historic-tank-to-return-to-poland-from-afghanistan In 1920 that type of tank was successfully used by Polish Army.
