my enlisted Uhlan shoulder straps .
A mixture of pre war ; Feldgrau and M1915

I wanted all 12 of the Wafenrocks for officers of the Prussian Grenadiers
I got it to the point that I only needed G R 3 ; G R 6 & G R 9
of course you have what to do ? 23 of them ?

Including Bavaria there were 26 regiments of lancers and I am missing 15 ulanka to complete the set.I hope that I will have enough life and money to realize this dream.Steve you have very little left to complete the grenadiers.You are one step away from success,which I wish you.

I have sort of given up trying for the others
we ( I ) can always have a reason
G R 3 = I have the collar and cuffs and a pair of epaulettes for an officer
G R 6 = I have an enlisted Waffenrock and a pair of officers epaulettes
I also have an officers G R 11 Waffenrock which is the same as G R 6
except for the epaulettes
G R 9 = is a very plain Waffenrock .I have a pair of epaulettes for G R 9
and I have an enlisted G R 9 Waffenrock

This is a real treasure trove.Unfortunately in my country such things are not attainable,after two world wars finding good items borders on a miracle.Congratulations on your collection!
