Hello, aren´t stars for cartridge cases bigger? I have found one that is 8.5 cm in diameter (contrary to barely 6 cm of this one), and from that reason also the quality is more detailed. It also has four loops for attachment, and not prongs. Maybe this one was just meant for some other purpose.

Hello, I would appreciate any feedback on this star. After some internet search, it looks to me like a star for a spiked helmet of an officer in Dragoner-Regiment (2nd Württemberg) Nr. 26. Multipiece construction with separately attached center parts, reverse with four prongs. Thanks in...
