Is this a genuine Garde buckle ?

Good morning. I have spotted this buckle for sale, described as a Parade Garde buckle. Is there any chance it could be genuine ? None of my reference material shows a buckle configuration similar to this. Thanks for any insight.

Same here. Never seen one or heard of the existence of these. Never seen one where the emblem was mounted using nuts and bolts.

But...I'm prepared to be educated.
