The reason you cannot find any markings on the Wurttemberg helmet, is because it's an officer one, these were usually private purchase ones. There are marked ones too, however.

These helmets are sure worth restoring. I like both the Grenadier one, and the Wurttemberg helmet. Looking forward to see the markings on both of them! Like Steve said, Brian is very good at restoring helmets like these. Welcome here on the forum by the way!

The circular base of wineglasses fit the support disc of pickelhauben perfectly, just measure which size wineglasses will clear the visors from touching the surface you put your helmets on, and your good to go! They're much cheaper than stands which sell for a lot more, so you can use that...

Just measure the height you need them to be, from the inside down, just so the visors are free from touching the surface you are displaying your helmets on, and you're good to go. Then place those glasses upside down, and you're ready! I have several ones, in different heights here, so every...
