Excellent Dane! The Lübeck one is the most difficult one to find! I have all 3 as single medals, but only the Bremen and Hamburg ones in my 2 medal bars collection. Still on the hunt for that one though, I like the 2 medal bars, but also have some bars with more on them.

To me it looks like an M95 helmet that was reworked by the Bekleidungs Instandsetsungs Amt 7 into an M15. Spike supportdisc is on the outside, it should be inside the helmet though. I have my doubts about the liner.. It could have been done in a hurry to equip the military with M15's, like they...

I know my friend, it is quite common to find them with a Prussian spike, also with a round base. but being a bit old-fashioned, I would like to find a fluted spike for my Hessen M15. But they are very hard to find, the last one I saw for sale went for over 600$ on Ebay, some 3 or 2 years...

An excellent helmet Gabe! I also have a M15 Hessen, with the cruciform base, but it has the prussian spike on it. I have been on the hunt for the Hessen spike for several years, to no avail though. I will find one eventually, so the hunt goes on!

Well, this Wurtt M15 is still available, bidding is at 690€ now. But ending soon. I already have one in my collection, if it wasn't for that I'd be bidding on it. I do ship to the US though, so if anybody want one, I'll take action. Wurtt M15's are quite rare..
