Let's see the back side of the plate!!!

Does the Mecklenburg-Sterlitz helmet have the same fancy spike as a Mecklenburg-Schwerin helmet?

Here's a set of Kurassier kocades, They are painted the correct colors but the centers seem to be chipped or something... Also on the back side of one there is 4 round little circles leading me to believe it is cast and that those are ejector pin marks, like in a mold? What do you think...

Well I would really make sure it's original before dropping 4000 Euros on it....

This is just my opinion, but I expect more detail on that plate. The crown looks like it lacks fine detail and even the feathers are pretty bland. Maybe it's a late war production? But the edges near each end of the banner are also questionable too...imo

I saw this for sale. You need to contact the dealer and ask them to see some pictures of the backside of the wappen eagle plate.

ya, i seen the enlisted man eagle, it would need an officer wappen instead. I think its interesting to see a felt body for the shell though!
