    Steve was one of a kind. He was most knowledgeable and his stories about collectors stretched back to the 1960s. I dont believe he ever forgot any event or fellow collector. We conducted many deals over these last 20 years. A friend, he will be missed. Rest in Peace, Steve.

    The cypher was awarded for Queen Victoria of Prussia, 22 Feb 1888 for officers, 24 May 1888 for enlisted.
