    Looks like the pips could be for sure. The Coldstream Guards wear different buttons though. Those buttons look like they might be Royal Horse Guards and I think all British Guards use those same pips. So my vote would be Royal Horse Guards. Not an expert though. Hope fully someone else will...

    Those are British Guards Pips for a Captain. One of our British friends should be able to confirm this and that the buttons are for Guards as well.
