Yes, pickelhaubes post 1897 have one state cockade and one national cockade. The state cockade must match the wappen.

The file just has to be smaller. I always try to upload images directly from my phone, but I get error messages. So I just take a screenshot of the image and crop unnecessary bits and it works just fine.

Hey Dane! I totally forgot to get that photo I promised you! This is a late Qing Dynasty Oxtail Dao Saber, which, based off of its crude construction, seems to be a locally forged sword.
