    A Hessen M15 spike wanted.

My friends, I have been looking for a Hessen M15 spike for my M15 Hessen enlisted ranks helmet for several years now. It has the kreuzblatt, but with the standard Prussian spike on it. I do know that things like that are quite common, especially when it comes to M15's. But it seems these spikes...

A Bavarian M95 came in yesterday.

I bought this one from Gabe, am happy to add it to my slowly growing collection. Which has 10 M15's and 4 M95's now. It has a name in it, which I cannot decipher, size 55, but no regimental or BKA stamps, that side is a bit blotted out, or sanded of. It has seen a lot I think. Regards, Coert.

    Prussian M95, came in today.

A Prussian M95 enlisted helmet, it came in today. Kokarden were bad ones (copies), so I put a pair original unused ones on it, which I bought from James Lebrasseur earlier this year. Chinstrap is original. The markings are there, but for my old eyes not readable. Regards, Coert.

    M 95 Baden infantry.

I saw this one for sale at our national selling site, and thought, lets see what it is, the photo's looked okay. Went to see it this evening, and all looked good to me, kokarden are suspect though. Nicely marked IR169, 1B, 1905. No loose stitching, liner is okay, fittings and wappen are all the...

I added 8 postcard booklets to my postcards collection recently. All are complete, with all postcards still present. All were for sale just after the war. I just love these reminders of the past.

    New find, a Message pad.

This is my latest addition, a message pad. These were used by company leaders, or officers to send back messages, about enemy locations, where fire was coming from, enemy strongholds, asking for supports or directing fire to locations. It is dated 10-7-1917, and is original. It looks like a...

    EM Pionier M95.

Well the Pionier helmet I bought recently has arrived. An enlisted men's one. It has depot/PB markings, but very difficult to read, size 55 marked. Reich kokarde is okay, the prussian has a repainted white ring. All in all I like it! Regards, Coert.

A new find, a British steel helmet, Mk1, 2nd version.

Well, I found a new helmet for my allied helmet collection, a British steel helmet, the 2nd version. Around 1917, and maker marked FS 115. Complete with it's liner and chinstrap, and the usually missing rubber ring still present. It is in as found condition, and came from a Belgian...

    Miniature M16 Camo helmet.

My latest find, a miniature M16 Camo helmet, bought here on the forum from Alan. It looked so nice in pictures, in real life it is even nicer! A very good mini replica of a M16 camo helmet, complete with liner. Here some pictures, next to a reissued M16, in shabby state. I bought that one in...

I did it again, another Adrian helmet is in my collection as of now, a scarce Zouave variant.

Well, I couldn't resist this scarce Adrian Zouave 1st regiment de marche helmet. These are quite rare, as being worn by only the 1st regiment de marche. Other Zouave regiments had a different badge on it, see the large 1 in the emblem. It is complete with it's liner and chinstrap. Some...
