Baden Cavalry Landwehr Officers M1891

I've had this one for a few years. Nice condition with minor wear.

Inside there is a handwritten marking 21, 1/2 which I'm note sure is a price or sizing. To me the size looks to be approx 56. On the rear skirt there is a stamp which looks like "094 E"
