Feldartillerie Pin

This isn't Pickelhaube related, but like many Imperial collectors, my interests extend beyond headgear and one of my focuses is on Imperial German Army veteran organizations and their pins. Here is one for a monument dedication on 5 October 1924 for the 3. Garde-Feldartillerie Regiment. I have done some searching but cannot find anything on this monument. I wonder if any of our colleagues here know where that monument was (or is) and if it still exists today?
