Another beautiful Gardereiter in Parade from 1907 with lion. Manufacturer is Osang Dresden 1915. The helmet is unpolished in very good condition. No double holes, no deformations.

Yes of course , the lion is stamped with numbers in the paw and the bag

It is a completely untouched piece.

The lion was silver plated earlier look at the pic) . But silver is no longer exists.

I have no doubt what so ever about your magnificent helmet ,but sometimes I see examples without that black leather cover in the neck ,do you think those helmets lost that part or were made without ?
