Beautiful, as said don’t clean, or else very careful / light to preserve patina
Brian, that split brad came from an EM M95 Pionier helmet I purchased from Alan, it was originally from the spike base, but needed soldering. When I purchased the helmet, Alan had replaced it with a good one, but included this one as a spare. Which had laid unused, as I already had a good one on my EM helmet. The other ones on the spikebase are identical by the way. ( On my EM helmet)Very nice congratulations! That split brad looks like it came off the rear spine rather than a spike base pin….my opinion only.
I’m not an expert but would like to see examples. This one matches the other 3 perfectly which is handy…Very nice congratulations! That split brad looks like it came off the rear spine rather than a spike base pin….my opinion only.
