Incomplete buy broken and helmets. Fittings and emblems on the ground dug fights Carpathians and Volhynia, Galicia. Sometimes leather Pickelhaube do myself.

These Pickelhaube leather is what I did. And all the original fittings found on the ground battles my friends
Unfortunately the process of work, I did not photograph. But if you're interested then the next time I do a photo

A lot of care went into those. Usually the ground dug fittings are so corroded, they're no good. Those look pretty nice.

I guess Ron, it all depends on the acidity of the soil. The stuff from Latvia is too corroded to be of any use but Sergei's are quite nice as you said.

Very nice IR 94, especially with those chin scales ! So these brass fittings/pieces are found in the mountains, they are not dug out of the ground ?

Dug out of the earth, but in mountainous areas. In the Carpathians. True eagle 94 Regiment found in East Prussia (Kaliningrad region)

The stuff from Latvia in Ebay is a twise filtred via collector, and it's not the best quality find's what can find in Latvia. Most of all they in ebay sell unneeded garbage??? Find's for lamer's. I know some e'sellers which sell many items wich total costs 100$, what diggers sell 1$ per 1 kg.
They think that some stupid collectors can bought everything. And sometimes it goes.
And...
The same soil can finds any where. I got some things from France, or Poland, Belarus and Ukraine very corroded too.
