I don't have a list as such. I use a database containing a record for every unit in the Imperial Army as of August 1914 that I can run queries on to answer questions such as "create a list of all the units that were entitled to wear parade bushes" then I filter that list by "create a list of all those units that wore silver fittings", then "create a list of all those units that wore the Pickelhaube as their head dress". Then I ran a query to "create a list of those units that wore white parade bushes".
Sounds complicated but it took about 30 seconds to identify the 15 units. The trick is you have to spend the time to design the database and then labouriously key in the data in the fields you want to sort by.
No, you don't need to be a programmer to create a database. It's not that hard to do. You will need access to some good reference books to use the correct data. KAGGR#1 suggested Laine's book which is a very good reference.
