OK who are these guys? Are those city names? Acceptance commission? Vendors bringing in materiel to whom? Nice picture just cannot read it all. Nothing on the back.

Joe, just guessing, but it looks to me like a propaganda shot showing how well the troops are being taken care of by some businessman. Helmets, backpacks, drums, horns, and even a pipe. "Nothings too good for our troops ! "
 
Corky I think you may be on the right track. No substantiation yet but what I am getting is that it is some sort of posed submission photo with action from right to left. Items come in from vendors to the acceptance commission run by Hauptman Wilshaus. They are then turned over to the "counting house", this one run by 2 people Konze and Kersten.

Many questions persist. Corps? I still am not fuzzy about Konze and Kersten being people not places. Are they Beamte? Miltary? Civilian?
