Simply a dream collection. CongratsIf only I could get another room for my collection. One for uniforms and another for the rest. It’s a dream unlikely to come true.

Thanks, it’s a lifetime’s work. Oddly enough, the older I get the more I think about selling it. But, when sitting in the collection room it’s very satisfying and relaxing so it’ll stay for at least a few years.Simply a dream collection. Congrats

I understand you perfectly my friend. My feeling is identical to yours. Thanks, it’s a lifetime’s work. Oddly enough, the older I get the more I think about selling it. But, when sitting in the collection room it’s very satisfying and relaxing so it’ll stay for at least a few years.
Yes, you’ve summarized it quite well. It’s my sanctuary, a realm where I can escape and immerse myself in my own world. Only a select few venture into this realm, and even fewer truly comprehend its essence.I understand you perfectly my friend. My feeling is identical to yours.
We all lead a frenetic and stressful life. Unfortunately this is the world today. and we all look for a bit of tranquility and satisfaction, something that keeps us alive... a thread that holds us in this world that seems not to be ours anymore.
So taking a break as soon as we can to sit on a rocking chair with a beer in our hand and admiring the world that we have built, brick by brick, with sacrifices and expenditure of resources, is the most pleasant thing that can remain for us.
Ecstatic like children and incredulous of how much we have managed to build in a life of study, research, often not understood by others (who were wrong) we enter a world that is only our world.
This relaxes me a lot, keeps me pleasantly active and cleans my brain of waste, and at the same time gives me an extra incentive to continue fighting and never give up.
This is my thought and I would do what I have done a hundred times, a thousand times, without end.

Yes, I often go into my room and just sit back and relax after a difficult day at the office. I enjoy everything about it from research, as well as the beauty and historical significance of what the collection is, a window into another era. A perfect evening for me is: A good beer, some music, and just looking around at what I have, and (of course) dreaming about what comes next.I understand you perfectly my friend. My feeling is identical to yours.
