2 regiments that were awarded cyphers very late. IR 63 and HR 11

Another photo of,the single that Steve features. Also, many thanks to Jens for providing an image of the original order, awarding the cypher to Infanterie-Regiment Nr. 63. It is a single M1915 shoulder board, meant for the Friedensrock, for Infanterie-Regiment Kaiser Karl von Österreich und König von Ungarn (4. Oberschlesisches) Nr. 63. A rare shoulder board since this cypher was not awarded this Regiment until 3 November 1917 as Steve points out. Note the dual crowns.
