Hello, I came across something, what would it be, fake or original? I have serious doubts because it says "made in Germany." Who else has this in their collection? What do people think of it? I think it's a red flag.

"Made in Germany" means made for commercial export to UK or North America in my view.

Interesting. I thought German did that on a lot of stuff even back then for exports as mentioned. But I do doubt like the others that they would market this watch outside Germany. Unless the part in it goes in many watches (quite probable). Still a cool piece if the price is right and definitely old.

"Made in Germany" is no red flag (to me!!), "made is W. Germany" would be a red flag....

I'm wondering about that too, normally it should say GRGM and not Made in Germany, I showed it to a pocket watch collector and he said it's possible, I don't know, free is less than 100 dollars

It is not GRGM Gino, but DRGM.

This was used for Germany, export items were usually marked Made in Germany.
