The shell is already somewhat lower, that’s why I think it‘s a helmet M1862 that was converted into an M1867.

Welcome to the Forum :) The first helmet is a M95 Saxon infantry helmet and looks quite original, but the cockades are wrong. It should have a Saxon and Imperial cockade, not a Saxon and Prussian cockade. Furthermore I'm not sure about the leather of the chinstrap, it could have been replaced...
