I really love this one, such a clash of technically a Cavalryman being driving in a car, his uniform from head to toe is incredible I wonder where it ended up.

I'm also really interested in the driver's uniform his cap band and collar have to be incredibly rare, can't ever remember seeing anything like it in the flesh. (y)(y)

Now these pictures are equally expensive. 👀
Nice selection of cards Steve, thanks for sharing!
Yes, you are sure correct. I have going over my collection
and filing the collection in a different order.
As i look at some of the prices I paid back then,
I say to myself you must have been crazy to pay
those prices. I will never find anyone who would
pay me that amount now. Anyway, deal done, too late now.
I do really like some old photos

That officer was a great friend of Kaiser Wilhelm II
The photo card IMO is not a mass-produced card.
There is no information on it at all
It was never mailed.
My guess is that that may be a driver for the Kaiser and the Kaiser
sent him to pick up his friend.

My guess Fürst Maximilian Egon II von Fürstenberg. As Steve said one of the best buddies of the Kaiser.

Best wishes,

That's the guy but does anyone know where his uniform ended up?

Hopefully the family keep it, and his items are displayed at the residence. (y)
I have never heard of it for sale
but there are so many auctions and dealers
and in the early years I missed a lot of them
