Hello.
Thank you for the pictures.
The helmet that was listed for sale on IMA-USA is poorly made.


The one shown here is more realistic. We'd need to see the markings in full; I wonder if it's not the interior of an aviator's helmet. Perhaps these are "reconstructions" based on the period photograph? The second can be from another country, the execution is meticulous. In both cases chinstrap buckle looks not very german. There's no evidence to suggest that a leather version of this helmet existed but we never know...
