Identifying the exact medals and order on Wilhelm II's medal rack (pre-Great War)

Hello, I'm wondering if I can get help on identifying the exact medals and order of precedence for when Kaiser Wilhelm II wore the medal rack with his Garde du Korps (which does not seem to be that frequently--any comments why?) specifically before the Great War (so no Iron Cross, Pour Le Merite etc). If you have any comments on the convention on when he chose to wear for the neck orders: which combination of the

a.) Black Eagle Order
b.) House Order Hohenzollern
c.) Grand Master of the Johanniter Order

as it seems he preferred to wear two at a time, but seemed to have stopped wearing B later on in his reign in favour of A and C).

Thanks

Hello, this book may be of assistance, but I cannot be sure, as I have never read it.

Seems to only have a dozen pages, but I have ordered a scan from my university library, should come in a couple days. Thanks for the heads up. Anyone else feel free to pitch in
