Kaiser Wilhelm II.

In first pic was Fürst v Fürstenburg during Kaiser Manöver 1909
In second pic was GenAdj v Plettenburg on ex-L, also from the same Kaiser Manöver 1909
In third pic was Lord Lonsdale on Ex-L. Second left was v Chelius. Second right was Otto der Lange who was 6'8"", FlüAdj of the Kaiser and later General. Allegedly not strong in interpersonal skills and not well liked.

There are many photos of a smiling Kaiser Wilhelm II. Even critics described him as very friendly and charismatic when it came to personal meetings. But unfortunately, people often choose photos of a strange or emotionless Kaiser for their today’s publications. I guess to portray Kaiser Wilhelm II as a bad guy who was responsible for WW1.
