Kaiserlicher Motor Yacht Club Ensign

I saw this flag on eBay and snatched it up. It’s an ensign from the Kaiserlicher Yacht Club (gear for motor vessels). Club is based in Kiel and had many high profile members including the Kaiser.

I don’t really know much more about it, but being in the maritime community, I felt like I couldn’t pass up this yacht club flag.
