The central standing soldat is a musician and they are all members of some sort of Guards Regiment. All wear pre 1910 dunkelblau uniforms.

The back is in very poor condition; it's no more legible than the front.

I suspect the photo was taken in the late 1860s. After the 1866 war but before the Franco-Prussian War. Based on only having the 1866 medal. The tunics are likely to be the pre-M1867 version.

The photo studio is located in Potsdam (but also in Liegnitz), so they may be members of the "1. Garde-Regiment zu Fuss".
