Good evening,
I was wondering if anyone has ever come across a portepee like this. It is very high quality and rather heavy in construction. It looks to be formed after the model 1889 portepee. Considering its made from gold thread, and the way its constructed I guess its for an official or beambte rather than an officer. Happy to hear your thoughts.
