Well @Naprawiacz , I have a Polish guy working with me at work. He wanted to be a mechanic, just like I am. You would be amazed how quick he learned the job. A bit slow on learning the Dutch language, but he compensates it with his work, and most of all, his attidude.
I have several new guy's, but he really stands out. Asking for some help, is really not the case anymore, and he's fast too! And knows how to solve other folks faults. Also, never forget what the Polish did in WW2. And after that, surviving under Sovjet rule.. My mate Darek Sawinsky is number 1 in my group of mechanics!
