Repro liner? I’m not too familiar with liners and such, hoping a pro can sweep in and answer lol
They say it’s original but usually pickelhauben have black liners i’ve noticed.
Said chinstrap and kokades are repro which is mostly the case with eBay helmets
 
On the 15/16 model the padding must be brown.The leather is incompetently cut and this can be seen on all the leaves.This is a poor copy.I am not sure if the belt is non-original for not enough pictures.The nut attaching the rear spine is also not original.
