Searching brass hooks for the cavalry y-straps

Hello freinds and fellow collectors,

this might be a long shot, but I am in the search of the brass hooks that were on the y-straps of the cavalry. The two front hooks were different from the hook in the back.
If anyone has some of them, found them, knows where some might be, your help is highly appreciated since it is really hard to find these.

Ideally I need four of the front ones and two for the back, so I am able to make 2 pairs. If a few more turn up, thats great as well.

Hello, are you making the leather straps? I've seen someone use French straps, backpack straps or even early WWII Cavalry straps which were used by Fallschirmjaeger and are extremely close to WWI Cavalry straps.

I also really need WWI Straps for several displays, they are the only missing pieces holding me up. regards John Josef

I might give it a try, if I find some originals, too. Just finding the hooks is hard enough I think.
