Searching for Prussian 1897 officer Pickelhaube Wappen

Howdy all, hope y’all are well!

I’m on the hunt for an original 1897 Prussian officers Wappen for my project helm.



I’m not quite sure on how to get the size of Wappen or how to measure them correctly.

I do have a Bavarian officers Wappen to trade if anyone is interested,



(Note, this is the Wappen which came with this helm)

If anyone has a lead on a good Prussian Wappen, I’d be incredibly grateful!

You may well find one stateside cheaper.

Dane, can you measure distance between center of the holes, in inches, I can see if I have one that works!!

It appears that the holes are about 3 inches apart.

There is a set of 4 holes though, two above the main holes.

Second set is about 3 and half inches apart.

If you have a Wappen within those sizes I’d be highly grateful!

out of curiosity, how much would you guys say this Bavarian Officer Wappen would go for? I may keep it for parts but if I need to sell it I’d like to have a price frame!
