Offered for sale is a nice condition original regimental reservist stein for a soldier who served in 115th Hessian Lieb Garde Regiment.
Please note that my camera flash made lighter color areas on the color decal transfers and painted highlights on the stein. The camera flash "washed out" areas that are not washed out or faded when you see the stein in person. Unfortunately the photos were the best I could do with the camera equipment and lighting that I have.
No cracks or chips to the stein.
Lithopane is not damaged and depicts a ?drinking scene with two men and a woman sitting at a table.
The pewter lid is in good shape and the hinge functions properly.
I will add a lot of photos here for you to see the condition. Again, please remember my camera flash "washed out" areas on the color decal transfer panels, and on the roster list of soldiers.
Price: $280.00 or "Best Offer" + Postage.
Payment via PayPal is o.k. I prefer "friends and family".
U.S.A. Postage: $20 mailed via Priority Mail with Tracking and insurance coverage.
It's possible for me to ship this out of the U.S., but it will be expensive and I would need to check with the Post Office to find out an exact shipping cost.
Thanks,
Alan
