Totenkopf Husaren

I took my skull wappen with me and had Tony examine it. It is original and it is a private purchase/officer example of the model used 1815-1918. These are smaller than issued ones and have the 3 soldered prongs as shown in Al's and my photos at the beginning of this post.
 
-According to the study mine is #03 of 3 main patterns. Skull fully rests on the crossed femurs. And at the left of the picture: An oblong cut-out between both femurs.

I don't know, it's a photo shown at the sale several years ago. The BA being XVII, it is often a question of recovering a colback of line and of fiddling with it in Leib-Hussard.The HR that corresponds to AK XVII is HR5.
In my 1905 Rangliste LHR1/2 belong to AK XVII.
