Translation Needed Prussian EM/NCO Combat Belt and Mauser Ammunition Pouches Late MB Collection

Here's a really nice Prussian EM/NCO combat belt and Mauser ammunition pouches that I have in my collection.

The leather belt is a very early example dated 1900 with IR52 markings on it.

This came out of the late Michael Baldwin collection and had this original paper tag with it.

Hoping one of the Forum members could translate it for me.

Thanks,

Matt

EDIT 2: found most of the missing words and added introduction date for specification :)
I'll give it a try:
Müllender & Schroeder, Eupen
Das Hochstgewicht von 500 gr darf nicht
überschritten werden; zü den Riegeln ist Trans-
parentleder, Vulkanfiber oder Pressspan zu verwenden"
The maximum weight of 500 gr should not be exceeded, and for the Riegeln (the separators inside the pockets) Transparentleather (transparent leather), Vulkanfiber (early synthetic material) or Pressspan (paper-based cellulose material) should be used.
The specification for the Riegeln material was introduced by Prussia on 28.4.1917.
Regards,
Lars
