First of all, it's not an ‘Executive Polizei’ but a customs officer. These ‘paramilitary’ helmets cost less in France than a ‘statutory’ helmet. For 400€, given the condition, it might be OK, but it should at least have the little monogram on the eagle's chest, because that's a definite disadvantage, as it'll be hard to find one later on.
